Silicogenix is a unique new Pharma startup specializing in rapidly exploiting commercial opportunities through our "just-in-time" system of drug development. Our team has built a number of proprietary AI/ML -driven chemical biology tools that allow ultra-fast, ultra-high-throughput design of small molecules that are pre-optimized for lead-like properties (such as good ADME PK/PD profiles). Using our tools and frameworks, we can rapidly put together programs for best-in-class or first-in-class therapeutics that address patient needs as well as make business sense.
TECHNOLOGICAL Innovation
Our Computer Aided Drug Design Environment (CADDE ) is capable of delivering pre-optimized, novel chemical matter in ~48hrs. CADDE is capable of incorporating thousands of user-defined criteria, including formulation specifications (such as oral bioavailability through Ro5) during design.

BUSINESS MODEL Innovation
Our SMolBank database is capable of completely changing the drug development paradigm, while de-risking the entire process. SMolBank allows researchers to work with multiple molecules and multiple targets at once, changing the process from bottom-up, discovery focused, to top-down, result focused!

How will regulatory agencies respond to cure-focused strategies, with multiple molecules targeting the same disease? The SGX team is already planning ahead to engage with regulatory agencies worldwide to propose novel trial designs, patient selection regimens and dynamic arms to aim for an "advanced" approach to trials!
